falling

really not liking fall so far, say hello to gloom for the next 9 months. but i am liking sweaters, boots, snuggling and upcoming holidays of course. our halloween costumes are in the works, undecided about thanksgiving plans, and flights are booked to go home for christmas. but before that, rob will be FINISHED with school early december. i can't wait...neither can he ;) then its time to do our research, get robbie a job and maybe/maybe not move. that is everyone's biggest question: 'so when are you moving??' the answer: seriously, no clue and if at all. its sort of a sad thing for me to think about sooooo moving on! actually there's nothing else to update you on because all we do is work our butts off & feed our faces. lots to look forward to!

My sister and I have been waiting MONTHS to get down here to watch over my cousin for a week. Well, the week is coming to a close, we board our separate planes again in tomorrow morning. It's been so fun to spend time with out Uncle Trav & cousin Carter, it's been so long since we've seen them! So grateful for Aunt Ang who flew us down & let us take over her beautiful home. We're sad to leave.

Carter sure is a busy bee. Between dropping/picking him up from school, making a trip to SeaWorld and the beach, brushing teeth, swimming lessons, dinners and dinosaur fights, Kenzie & I have had lots  of 'girl time' in the sun. I love it here in sunny California, can't get enough.

In other news, Rob has at times been MIA studying for finals this week, which has kept him busy while I've been gone. THE QUARTER IS OVER!!! 1 more to go! He's in need of a vacation. He flies out to TX the day after I get back from Cali, he might need a vacation frOm his vacation.
Then it's my 25th birthday. 'Half way to 50', as my sis puts it. Thanks Kenz.

Just found the most beautiful shoot I've seen in a while! Ali Mitton is amazing, as well as the team who helped put this together. Wish I had connections who could provide me with a pretty wardrobe while my sister & I are in Cali next week. Definitely planning to make a scene.

another busy month ahead

What have I missed? Oh yeah, just about everything in the last month or so. Fourth of July came & went, we've spent some time boating and browning up our shoulders, Audrey's baby blessing, Johnny's froyo birthday, we missed out flight to Idaho {how depressing} for my cousin's mission homecoming, and of course a lot of overtime & school. And tumblring, yes yes. Needless to say, Seattle's been pretty spoiled with all this sunshine. I've been trying to soak it up as much as I can. 

Rob has ONE more quarter of school left for the Fall &... well... I don't have more details about that. Next week my sister & I are flying to San Diego to watch our younger cousin while his ma & pa are busy working. Been looking forward to this also semi-vacation for months! And then Rob gets to go to TX to see his brother/family the week after I get back. AND THEN... its my b-day.
